Steps in Placing an Order

  • Print out this page, as it contains specific order information.
  • Prior to placing your order, you will have needed to obtain a written quote. Once you have the written quote, you need to contact Splash CD, Inc (via email, mail, fax or phone), and request an order form. Carefully review the order form, sign it, and return it.
  • You will need to download, fill out, sign, and return our copyright letter, which states that you own the copyrights to all of the images and content you want us to duplicate.
This letter MUST be printed on your company letterhead. If it isnt, it will not be valid.
You Can Download the Zipped Copyright Form Here!
  • You will need to submit two CD-Rs. One will contain your CD artwork (Illustrator AI or EPS file), and the other will contain your CD content. Please use our artwork templates, provided free of charge. Change ALL fonts to outlines. Also include a full-color hardcopy of your artwork.
  • Finally, send the 2 CD-Rs, a printout of the artwork, the copyright letter, the order form, and the payment to:

  • Each type of CD has a specific turn time. The turn time is the amount of time from when the plant receives your package, to when the plant ships your completed discs. We make every effort to get you your CDs, withstanding events out of our control, such as: Plant Closure, Acts of God, Customs Detainment, Holidays, Equipment Failure, etc. With that said, we have a 97% success rate in meeting turn time deadlines.
